By accessing or using the Smart Drive website, mobile applications, or related dealership services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and users who access or utilize our vehicle marketplace and inspection services.

Listing Specifications: We strive to ensure that all vehicle details, including mileage, specifications, features, availability, and pricing, are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor discrepancies may occur.

Pricing & Availability: Vehicle prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice until a booking deposit or sales contract has been formally executed.

Inspection Reports: 150-Point inspection reports represent the condition of the vehicle at the exact date and time of assessment. Prospective buyers are encouraged to perform test drives and verify documents prior to finalizing purchase.

Selling Your Vehicle: Sellers submitting vehicle listings or inspection requests warrant that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it, and that the vehicle is free from legal encumbrances, unpaid liens, or undisclosed major structural damage.

Vehicle Reservations: Reserving a vehicle requires a refundable deposit, which holds the vehicle exclusively for up to 48 hours while financing or transfer documentation is processed.

Ownership Transfer & Registration: Smart Drive provides assistance with registration and transfer paperwork. Final transfer timing depends on relevant government motor vehicle registration authorities.

You agree not to upload false information, impersonate any person or entity, or misuse our platform for illegal vehicle trade or fraud.

Unsolicited spamming, automated scraping, or tampering with site security and database systems is strictly prohibited.

Smart Drive shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, inaccurate third-party vehicle service records, or delays caused by third-party registration authorities.

Our maximum liability for any transaction issue is limited to the fees collected for that specific service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Smart Drive following published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
